Makeup and perfume, priced per piece
The makeup pallet works out at $1.75 a piece or less, the Victoria’s Secret perfume pallet $2 a piece and the perfume and cologne pallet $6.67. The Sephora pallet is $1,850 for 200-plus products. The Amazon health and beauty truckload is $19,950 for 24 gaylords. Prices are FOB Dalton, GA; freight for your state is quoted at checkout, and a liftgate adds $65.
Sealed product and opened returns
Overstock and shelf pulls were never sold, though shelf pulls can have worn boxes or clearance stickers. Customer returns in beauty are the harder category: some come back unopened, some opened or swatched. Each listing states its condition mix and whether it has a manifest. The Amazon health and beauty truckload is processed, sorted into gaylords.
Used cosmetics, dates and shipping perfume
Opened or used cosmetics shouldn’t be resold as new, so on the return lots, plan on some product you can’t sell. Check dates on skincare and anything with a shelf life. Perfume counts as a flammable liquid for shipping, so if you resell online, check your carrier’s rules for fragrance before you list it. Bottles also break in transit; look at the wrap before you sign. Everything is sold as-is, except a pallet that arrives 30 percent or more damaged, where we refund the damaged share. Any lot can also be returned within 7 days of delivery or pickup for a 10 percent restocking fee: unopened for any reason, with you paying the return freight, or opened if it isn’t what you ordered, with us paying the return freight.
