On returned luggage, check the parts that break: spinner wheels, telescoping handles and zips. Hard-side shells scuff in transit, which is cosmetic. Listings describe the set, not its condition. Everything is sold as-is. Items can also be returned within 7 days of delivery or pickup for a 10 percent restocking fee: unopened for any reason, with you paying the return shipping, or opened if it isn’t what you ordered, with us paying the return shipping.
