How the fragrance pallet travels

Standard freight is $25 Southeast, $45 East and Midwest, $65 Central and Mountain, $85 West Coast and Southwest, 3 to 7 business days; express runs $50 to $110 for 1 to 2. Plan for a dock, a forklift or a liftgate ($65, or $160 residential), because without one the driver can’t get the pallet off. This lot is about 48 x 40 x 48 in and roughly 450 lbs on the pallet; confirm with [email protected] before you book your own carrier. Pickup is by appointment, weekdays 8 am to 5 pm Eastern, within 5 business days.

Scents, sizes and testers

Bombshell, Tease, Heavenly, Very Sexy and seasonal collections, as eau de parfum, eau de toilette, boxed fragrances and some tester units. No split by scent or size, and the listing doesn’t say how many testers. It’s sold unmanifested; there is no item-by-item list, and unmanifested lots cost less.

$2 a bottle, before your costs

$1,000 over about 500 pieces is $2.00 a piece before freight. Testers, unsellable returns and reshipping aren’t in it. Perfume counts as a flammable liquid for shipping, so if you resell bottles by mail, check your carrier’s rules first.

Condition words on this one

The pieces are new, like-new and customer returns, from overstock, shelf pulls and store returns. Brand new and overstock means never sold, still in its packaging. Shelf pulls sat on a store shelf and came off unsold; packaging can be worn or carry clearance stickers. Customer returns were returned by shoppers and can be new in an opened box, used, missing parts or not working. Like-new pieces count with customer returns. It suits fragrance resellers and gift shops; skip it if you need sealed, boxed bottles only.

It ships FOB Dalton, GA, with freight shown before you pay. We’re not affiliated with Victoria’s Secret; Victoria Secret pallets reach buyers through liquidators, and this is one. We don’t open pallets or truckloads to pull out the better items. What comes from the retailer is what goes on your truck.

After the fragrance is paid for

Everything is sold as-is, unless 30 percent or more of the pallet arrives broken, crushed, cracked, wet or unusable; then we refund the damaged share, not the freight. On an unmanifested mixed lot like this one, items that don’t work don’t count as damage.
