New, like-new and returns

Those are the three conditions on this authentic Sephora pallet, sourced from overstock and shelf pulls. Brand new and overstock means never sold, still in its packaging. Shelf pulls sat on a store shelf and came off unsold; packaging can be worn or carry clearance stickers. Customer returns were returned by shoppers and can be new in an opened box, used, missing parts or not working. Like-new counts with our customer returns class; with cosmetics, that can mean opened or used product. It suits beauty resellers who check items one by one; skip it if you can only sell sealed product.

Makeup to haircare, brands named

Makeup, skincare, haircare, fragrances and beauty tools. Fenty Beauty, Huda Beauty, Tarte, Rare Beauty, Olaplex, NARS and MAC are among the brands named, with no one brand promised. The pallet is sold unmanifested; there is no item-by-item list, which is part of why unmanifested lots cost less.

Freight for the Sephora lot

Checkout shows a flat per-pallet rate for your state before you pay: $25 to $85 standard (3 to 7 business days) or $50 to $110 express (1 to 2), Southeast cheapest. No dock and no forklift means a liftgate, $65, or $160 at a home; storage units, schools and bases add $50. This lot is about 48 x 40 x 36 in and roughly 180 lbs on the pallet; confirm with [email protected] before you book your own carrier.

$1,850 over 200 products is $9.25 each before freight; the count is 200-plus, so that’s the ceiling. With $25 Southeast standard freight, $9.38. Opened returns you can’t sell aren’t in it, and any fragrance ships as a flammable liquid when you resell it.

Where the beauty pallet leaves from

It ships FOB Dalton, GA, with freight shown before you pay. Pallets of beauty products, Sephora pallets included, come from retail overstock, shelf pulls and returns. We don’t open pallets or truckloads to pull out the better items. What comes from the retailer is what goes on your truck.

Damage and claims

Our refund policy: sold as-is, with the damaged share refunded if 30 percent or more of a pallet shows up broken, crushed, cracked, wet or unusable. Because the pallet is unmanifested and mixed, an item that doesn’t work isn’t counted as damage. Email [email protected] within 48 hours with pictures and the delivery receipt, after writing the damage on the driver’s receipt; freight isn’t refunded. Any lot can also be returned within 7 days of delivery or pickup for a 10 percent restocking fee: unopened for any reason, with you paying the return freight, or opened if it isn’t what you ordered, with us paying the return freight.
