Fake liquidation stores are common. They copy a real warehouse’s name, photos and prices, take payment and never ship. This page shows how to check that you are dealing with the real Dalton Liquidation before you pay.

Our only website, email and phone

  • Website: daltonliquidation.com. Check the address bar before you order. Look-alike addresses such as dalton-liquidation.com, daltonliquidation.shop or daltonliquidations.com are not us.
  • Email: [email protected]. We don’t use Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook or any other email address.
  • Phone and text: (573) 309-3326.
  • Warehouse: Dalton, GA. You can collect your order from our dock by appointment, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm Eastern.

How we take payment

  • Orders are placed on this website only. Once you place your order, contact us at [email protected] for payment information.
  • We send payment details by email, text or WhatsApp, and only after you have placed an order on this website.
  • Got a payment request for an order you didn’t place, or for a different amount than your order? Don’t pay. Email us first.

Warning signs of a fake seller

  • Prices far below the ones on this website, or a “deal” that is only offered in a private message.
  • Pressure to pay fast: “last pallet”, “price goes up tonight”, “pay now to hold it”.
  • Someone who says they work for Dalton Liquidation and asks you to pay before you have placed an order on this website.

Check before you pay

Not sure a message or website is really us? Forward it to [email protected] before you pay and we will tell you. Every real lot is listed on our shop with its price, and the freight for your state shows at checkout. Our refund policy and FAQ set out how orders, returns and damage claims work.

If you think you’ve been scammed

  • Email us at [email protected] with screenshots of the messages, the website address and the payment details you were given.
  • Contact your bank or payment app straight away and ask them to stop or reverse the payment.
  • Report it to the FTC at reportfraud.ftc.gov and to the FBI’s Internet Crime Complaint Center at ic3.gov.
