Make-up, vitamins, supplements and other personal care, household and drugstore-style items. Each gaylord is about 47 x 39 x 29.5 inches. No unit count, no split by category. The trailer is sold unmanifested; there is no item-by-item list, which is part of why unmanifested loads cost less.

Condition is mixed: customer returns, overstock and shelf pulls. Brand new and overstock means never sold, still in its packaging. Shelf pulls sat on a store shelf and came off unsold; packaging can be worn or carry clearance stickers. Customer returns were returned by shoppers and can be new in an opened box, used, missing parts or not working. Expect some expired or short-dated and leaking items. Skip it if you can’t handle expired product.

Unloading an HBA trailer

Freight on this one is per trailer, not per pallet: $1,000 Southeast, $2,500 East and Midwest, $3,500 Central and Mountain, $5,500 West Coast and Southwest, Alaska and Hawaii quoted once you’ve ordered. You’ll need a dock or a forklift, because a truckload can’t come off on a liftgate. Each gaylord is about 47 x 39 x 29.5 in, roughly 500 lbs a gaylord, about 12,000 lbs for the load; confirm with [email protected] before booking your own truck. Your own carrier is fine: select Buyer Arranged Freight / Local Pickup, email the bill of lading to [email protected] 24 hours before, and book pickup weekdays, 8 am to 5 pm Eastern, within 5 business days.

Sourced, then left alone

The trailer ships FOB Dalton, GA, with freight shown before you pay. An Amazon HPC pallet means health and personal care goods, the same ground these HBA pallets cover. We don’t open pallets or truckloads to pull out the better items. What comes from the retailer is what goes on your truck.

Claims and the fine print

Everything is sold as-is, unless 30 percent or more of the pallet arrives broken, crushed, cracked, wet or unusable; then we refund the damaged share, not the freight. Because the load is unmanifested and mixed, an item that doesn’t work isn’t counted as damage. Write damage on the driver’s receipt before you sign and report it within 48 hours to [email protected] with pictures and the delivery receipt. See our FAQ for the details. Any lot can also be returned within 7 days of delivery or pickup for a 10 percent restocking fee: unopened for any reason, with you paying the return freight, or opened if it isn’t what you ordered, with us paying the return freight.
