Amazon return pallets are lots that came out of Amazon’s return and overstock stream, sold here at a buy-now price or by auction by the pallet or the truckload. We buy these loads and resell them, and we aren’t connected to Amazon. They ship LTL from Dalton, Georgia, to all 50 states, or you collect them from our dock by appointment.
Two pallets, six truckloads, and the freight on each
Only two of the eight Amazon lots are single pallets: the general merchandise pallet at $500 and a 170-piece electronics mystery box at $800. The other six are truckloads from $6,500 to $21,950, packed as 24 or 48 pallets or gaylords. Freight is quoted at checkout for your state and the delivery service you pick; on a single pallet a liftgate adds $65 and residential delivery with a liftgate $160. A truckload needs a dock or a forklift to unload.
Raw, processed and brand new
Amazon loads come two ways. Raw loads are sold as they came out of Amazon, unsorted, so one pallet can hold home goods, health and beauty and general merchandise together; the raw general merchandise and shoe truckloads are sold this way. Processed loads were sorted from raw Amazon stock into one category, general merchandise, clothing or health and beauty, and packed into gaylords. Two lots are described as brand new Amazon inventory: the $500 general merchandise pallet and the $800 electronics box. The rest is customer returns and overstock, and a return can be new in an opened box, used, or not working. Each listing says whether it comes with a manifest.
What to expect from Amazon returns
Returns are where the risk sits. Some items won’t work, some are missing parts, and a raw load mixes categories you didn’t want in with the ones you did. Counts on a manifest can be off by up to 5 percent and everything is sold as-is; the one refund is for a pallet that arrives 30 percent or more damaged. If you need to know every item before you pay, an Amazon truckload is the wrong buy. Any lot can also be returned within 7 days of delivery or pickup for a 10 percent restocking fee: unopened for any reason, with you paying the return freight, or opened if it isn’t what you ordered, with us paying the return freight.

The truckload listings are written for bin stores, exporters, auction sellers and flea markets, and the clothing load for apparel resellers and thrift stores.
