The condition is Mixed: a combination of customer returns, shelf pulls and overstock, with no guarantee that any one item is in a particular condition. We use three classes: brand new and overstock (never sold, still in its packaging), shelf pulls (sat on a store shelf and came off unsold; packaging can be worn or carry clearance stickers) and customer returns (returned by shoppers; can be new in an opened box, used, missing parts or not working). With cosmetics, returns can mean opened or used product, so check every item before resale. It suits bin stores and beauty resellers with time to sort; skip it if you need named brands.

Straight from our floor

It ships FOB Dalton, GA, with freight shown first, and pickup is by appointment. Makeup pallets for sale are priced by what the count and condition support, and this one is $350 for 200-plus. We don’t open pallets or truckloads to pull out the better items. What comes from the retailer is what goes on your truck.

Shipping the makeup pallet

It leaves Dalton on standard freight in 3 to 7 business days ($25 to $85 by zone) or express in 1 to 2 ($50 to $110). The driver needs a dock or a forklift, or you add a liftgate for $65 ($160 residential; limited-access stops add $50). This lot is about 48 x 40 x 36 in and roughly 150 lbs on the pallet; confirm with [email protected] before you book your own carrier. Your own carrier sends its bill of lading at least 24 hours before pickup. Pickups run weekdays, 8 am to 5 pm Eastern, by appointment.

After checkout on this lot

Everything is sold as-is; the exception is a pallet that arrives 30 percent or more broken, crushed, cracked, wet or unusable, where we refund the damaged share but not the freight. This is an unmanifested mixed lot, so items that don’t work don’t count as damage. Note damage on the driver’s receipt before signing and email pictures of it with the receipt to [email protected] within 48 hours. See our refund policy for the details. Any lot can also be returned within 7 days of delivery or pickup for a 10 percent restocking fee: unopened for any reason, with you paying the return freight, or opened if it isn’t what you ordered, with us paying the return freight.
