New tackle, returned rides
The fishing gear pallet is new, overstock and shelf-pull stock: rods, reels, tackle boxes, line and lures. The e-bike and e-scooter pallets are where customer returns sit, and those run from new in an opened box to used or not running. Each listing states its condition mix and whether it has a manifest.
Batteries, snapped rods and loose tackle
Returned e-bikes and scooters can arrive with flat or failed batteries, missing chargers and keys, or damage from a fall, and lithium batteries have their own carrier rules if you ship them on to a customer. Long rods snap if a pallet is handled badly, and small tackle comes loose in the box, so check the wrap before you sign. Everything is sold as-is, except a pallet that arrives 30 percent or more damaged, where we refund the damaged share; on a customer-return lot, an e-bike that won’t run doesn’t count as damage. Any lot can also be returned within 7 days of delivery or pickup for a 10 percent restocking fee: unopened for any reason, with you paying the return freight, or opened if it isn’t what you ordered, with us paying the return freight.
