Best liquidation websites: 8 places to buy pallets, compared

Target Mixed Merchandise Truckload, 22 to 24 pallets, $7,000 per truckload

The best liquidation website depends on what you’re buying. For large volume straight from retailer programs with a resale certificate, B-Stock. For auction pallets and truckloads with shipping arranged for you, Liquidation.com. For manifested lots, 888 Lots or Direct Liquidation. For buy-now prices or bidding by phone, no license and flat freight from the Southeast, Dalton Liquidation, which is us. We checked each seller’s own terms on September 30, 2026.

Our interest, stated up front: Dalton Liquidation sells liquidation pallets from Dalton, GA and is one of the eight options below. None of the other sellers paid to be listed, and there are no affiliate links in this post. Every fact about another company comes from its own website, linked, and we’ve kept to what they publish rather than what forums say about them.

B-Stock: the biggest pool, if you have a resale certificate

B-Stock doesn’t sell anything itself. It hosts auctions and Buy Now listings for retailers and other sellers, so the range is wide and the terms change from one marketplace to the next. It suits established resellers with a resale certificate who can compare manifests and handle freight from a seller’s facility. It doesn’t suit a first-time buyer without a certificate, because U.S. buyers can’t register without one.

Liquidation.com: auctions with shipping handled

Liquidation.com runs auctions, with a Buy Now price on some lots, and arranges shipping on most of them. Budget for the buyer’s premium, which it lists at 5 to 10 percent depending on the seller, and read the manifest on each auction, since its own guide says contents vary. If something’s wrong, the dispute window is 3 business days from delivery.

Direct Liquidation: manifested lots, freight at checkout

Direct Liquidation, a ReturnPro brand, sells lots from single boxes to full truckloads out of U.S. and Canadian warehouses, and you choose a carrier at checkout. Its terms say every deal must be manifested, which suits buyers who want to see what they’re getting. Its pages differ on paperwork: sign-up asks for a resale certificate while its help center says no business license is needed, so check which applies to you. Lots sold “as is” can’t be returned.

Amazon Bulk Liquidations: only if you’re enrolled

Amazon Bulk Liquidations is a closed beta that sells fixed-price lots of overstock and returned goods to enrolled customers. Each lot lists items, quantities and prices, which is more detail than most pallets come with. The limits are access, since you can’t buy without enrolment, and the terms: all sales are final.

888 Lots: manifested pallets from New Jersey

888 Lots sells fixed-price lots and runs live auctions from three New Jersey locations, and it says its pallets come with fully detailed manifests. It’s a strong fit for a Northeast reseller with a resale certificate. It isn’t for anyone who wants a way back: it doesn’t accept returns or cancel paid orders.

Via Trading: no license, two warehouses

Via Trading sells from Lynwood, California and Tampa, Florida, and you don’t need a business license to buy. Lots run from single cases to full truckloads, with a mix of manifested, part-manifested and unmanifested stock, plus monthly live auctions. Buyers near either warehouse can collect their own orders. Sales are final unless the order is materially wrong.

eBay: small lots, seller by seller

eBay is a marketplace of individual sellers, so every pallet listing has its own shipping, returns and level of detail. The protection that doesn’t vary is eBay’s Money Back Guarantee, which covers an item that doesn’t match its listing. Treat each seller as a separate company and read their terms before you bid.

Where we fit, and where we don’t

Every lot has a buy-now price, and we also auction some lots, taking bids by phone, text or email. There are no buyer’s fees on buy-now orders, and anyone 18 or over can buy. Freight is flat by region and shows at checkout before you pay, which makes us simplest for a buyer in the Southeast, where a pallet ships for $25 on standard freight. On September 30, 2026 we had 67 liquidation pallets from $250 to $7,000, 16 truckloads from $6,500 to $23,950, and 726 single items.

Our limits are real. Only 2 of our 83 pallets and truckloads come with a manifest, so if you need an item-by-item list before you buy, 888 Lots or Direct Liquidation will suit you better. We ship from one dock in Georgia, so a West Coast buyer pays our top $85 rate on a pallet, and Via Trading’s Lynwood warehouse may be closer. Where we’re stronger is the way back: unlike the no-returns terms at 888 Lots and Amazon Bulk Liquidations, a lot that isn’t what you ordered can come back to us within 7 days even after it’s opened, with the return freight on us.

Which one to pick

  • You have a resale certificate and want volume: B-Stock or 888 Lots.
  • You want to bid, and have shipping arranged for you: Liquidation.com.
  • You need a manifest on every lot: 888 Lots or Direct Liquidation.
  • You don’t have a license and live near Los Angeles or Tampa: Via Trading.
  • You want to buy now at a listed price or bid by phone, with no license and freight you can see before paying, especially in the Southeast: our general merchandise pallets are a good place to start.

Whichever you use, work out the landed cost per item before you buy; our pallet flipping guide shows the sum on seven real lots. How to check that a seller is real before you pay is covered in how liquidation pallets work, and where to buy them and on our scam alert page.
