Disc, Digital, and what’s in each box

The pallet holds both Disc and Digital Editions, and each console comes with a DualSense controller, HDMI cable, power cord, console stand, USB cable and manuals; the listing doesn’t give the Disc-to-Digital split or the hardware revision. How our dock works

All orders ship FOB Dalton, GA, and the freight charge appears at checkout, before you pay, as a flat rate by your state. We don’t open pallets or truckloads to pull out the better items; what comes from the retailer is what goes on your truck. This lot is sold unmanifested; there is no item-by-item list, and unmanifested lots cost less.

Moving 12 consoles

Standard freight takes 3 to 7 business days at $25 to $85 by zone, and you’ll need a dock, a forklift or a liftgate for the driver to unload. Express runs 1 to 2 business days at $50 to $110. A liftgate adds $65; residential delivery with a liftgate adds $160. This lot is about 48 x 40 x 36 in and roughly 200 lbs on the pallet; confirm with [email protected] before you book your own carrier. Your own carrier sends its bill of lading at least 24 hours before pickup.

These consoles are brand new and factory-sealed; in our terms, brand new means never sold and still in its packaging. Look the boxes over for crush damage before you sign for the pallet.

The damage rule

Everything is sold as-is, except when 30 percent or more of a pallet arrives damaged; then we refund the damaged share, not freight. On a brand new pallet, a console that doesn’t work counts as damaged, so write any damage on the driver’s receipt before signing and email pictures with the delivery receipt to [email protected] within 48 hours. Any lot can also be returned within 7 days of delivery or pickup for a 10 percent restocking fee: unopened for any reason, with you paying the return freight, or opened if it isn’t what you ordered, with us paying the return freight.

At $1,200 it matches the 24-piece laptop pallet on price and costs $100 less than the 15-piece MacBook pallet, both under electronics pallets.
