Delivery for a 10-phone pallet

Standard freight, 3 to 7 business days, runs $25 Southeast, $45 East and Midwest, $65 Central and Mountain, $85 West Coast and Southwest; express, 1 to 2 business days, $50 to $110. You need a dock, a forklift or a liftgate to take delivery, since the driver can’t unload without one; a liftgate is $65 extra and residential delivery with a liftgate is $160. This lot is about 48 x 40 x 18 in and roughly 50 lbs on the pallet; confirm with [email protected] before you book your own carrier.

Our side of the deal

We ship FOB Dalton, GA, and the freight rate for your state is shown at checkout before payment. We don’t open pallets or truckloads to pull out the better items; what comes from the retailer is what goes on your truck. Unmanifested lots cost less than manifested ones.

When the phones arrive

Everything is sold as-is. The exception: if 30 percent or more of the pallet arrives damaged, we refund the damaged share, and on a brand new pallet a phone that doesn’t work counts as damaged. Write damage on the driver’s receipt before you sign and email pictures and the delivery receipt to [email protected] within 48 hours; freight isn’t refunded. See our refund policy for the details. Any lot can also be returned within 7 days of delivery or pickup for a 10 percent restocking fee: unopened for any reason, with you paying the return freight, or opened if it isn’t what you ordered, with us paying the return freight.
