Roughly 6,000 to 10,000-plus units, mostly footwear, come packed raw into 24 Amazon gaylords about 5 ft tall. At $21,950 for the truck, that’s $914.58 a gaylord and about $2.20 to $3.66 a unit before freight. The shoes haven’t been sorted or paired, condition is customer returns, overstock and shelf pulls, and it’s unmanifested.
Nothing’s been graded either, and we’re not affiliated with Amazon. It ships from Dalton, GA, and it’s sold whole; the listing says “Must Take Full Truckload”.
Three classes, none sorted
The load combines customer returns, overstock and shelf pulls. Brand new and overstock means never sold, still in its packaging. Shelf pulls sat on a store shelf and came off unsold; packaging can be worn or carry clearance stickers. Customer returns were returned by shoppers and can be new in an opened box, used, missing parts or not working. Expect damaged packaging, mismatched pairs, single shoes, worn, defective and salvage items, and missing boxes and tags. It suits exporters, bin stores and flea-market sellers with room to sort 24 gaylords; skip it if you need boxed pairs.
Mostly shoes, some not
Men’s, women’s and kids’ sneakers, sandals, boots, slippers, athletic and casual shoes, plus an occasional 5 to 10 percent of clothing or general merchandise. The trailer is sold unmanifested; there is no item-by-item list, and unmanifested loads cost less.

Receiving a 24-gaylord trailer
Truckload freight is a flat rate per trailer by state: $1,000 Southeast, $2,500 East and Midwest, $3,500 Central and Mountain, $5,500 West Coast and Southwest; Alaska and Hawaii are quoted after the order. A full trailer needs a dock or a forklift at your end; there’s no liftgate option on a truckload. Each pallet is about 48 x 40 in and 5 ft tall, roughly 550 lbs a pallet, about 13,200 lbs for the load; confirm with [email protected] before booking your own truck. For your own carrier, choose Buyer Arranged Freight / Local Pickup, email the bill of lading 24 hours ahead, and collect by appointment, weekdays 8 am to 5 pm Eastern, within 5 business days.
Per gaylord and per unit
$21,950 over 24 gaylords is $914.58 a gaylord before freight. With $1,000 Southeast truckload freight it’s $956.25. Per unit, 6,000 units is about $3.66 and 10,000 about $2.20. Single shoes and sorting labor aren’t counted.
Who loads the trailer
The load ships FOB Dalton, GA. Whether an Amazon shoe truckload is worth buying comes down to your sorting capacity. We don’t open pallets or truckloads to pull out the better items. What comes from the retailer is what goes on your truck.
Claims on a truckload
Our refund policy: sold as-is, with the damaged share refunded if 30 percent or more of a pallet shows up broken, crushed, cracked, wet or unusable. Because the load is unmanifested and mixed, an item that doesn’t work isn’t counted as damage. Email [email protected] within 48 hours with pictures and the delivery receipt, after writing the damage on the driver’s receipt; freight isn’t refunded. Any lot can also be returned within 7 days of delivery or pickup for a 10 percent restocking fee: unopened for any reason, with you paying the return freight, or opened if it isn’t what you ordered, with us paying the return freight.
Against our shoe pallets, one gaylord here is $914.58; the Nike shoes pallet is $2,000 for about 100 pairs.
