Wholesale Hot Wheels Pallet (250+ Pieces)

Hot Wheels, 250-plus pieces of it, all factory-sealed, from overstock and shelf-pull stock. The listing names cars, 5-packs, track sets and playsets, with no split between them. It’s $350 for the pallet, sold unmanifested, which is $1.40 a piece or less before freight.

It’s authentic Hot Wheels stock, some of it from liquidation inventory as well. Hot Wheels is a Mattel brand, and we aren’t affiliated with Mattel. This is Hot Wheels wholesale by the pallet, no account needed.

Sealed stock from two condition classes

Brand new and overstock: never sold, still in its packaging. Shelf pulls: sat on a store shelf and came off unsold; packaging can be worn or carry clearance stickers. Liquidation inventory, the third source, isn’t a separate condition class, and every piece is factory-sealed. On die-cast that can mean bent card backs or cracked blisters. It suits a toy store, a flea-market table or an online seller moving die-cast in volume. If you sell to collectors who judge the card as much as the car, skip it.

Cars, 5-packs and track sets in one count

The listing names die-cast cars, 5-car packs, collector editions, track sets and playsets, but gives no split, so a single car and a track set each count as one piece. The lot is sold unmanifested; there is no item-by-item list, and unmanifested lots cost less.

Pickup first, if you’re close: choose “Buyer Arranged Freight / Local Pickup”, book a weekday slot between 8 am and 5 pm Eastern, and collect within 5 business days; a hired carrier’s bill of lading must reach us 24 hours before. Delivery is a flat per-pallet rate by state, shown at checkout: $25, $45, $65 or $85 standard (3 to 7 business days), $50, $65, $85 or $110 express (1 to 2). Liftgate adds $65; residential with a liftgate, $160; limited access, $50. The driver can’t unload without a dock, forklift or liftgate. This lot is about 48 x 40 x 24 in and roughly 60 lbs on the pallet; confirm with [email protected] before you book your own carrier.

Dividing $350 by 250

$350 across 250 pieces is $1.40 a piece before freight, and less for every piece over 250. It excludes freight, the time to sort cars from sets, and any piece with a crushed blister. People ask where to bulk buy Hot Wheels; without a distributor account, a sealed pallet is one way to get Hot Wheels wholesale.

What we put our name to

It ships FOB Dalton, GA, with freight priced at checkout before you pay and pickup by appointment. We call a lot manifested only when we hold the list, and this one isn’t. “We don’t open pallets or truckloads to pull out the better items. What comes from the retailer is what goes on your truck.”

Everything sells as-is, save one case: when 30 percent or more of a pallet arrives broken, crushed, cracked, wet or unusable, we refund the damaged share, though freight stays paid; on new, overstock and shelf-pull stock, items that don’t work count as damaged. Mark damage on the driver’s receipt and send pictures and the delivery receipt to [email protected] inside 48 hours. See our FAQ. Any lot can also be returned within 7 days of delivery or pickup for a 10 percent restocking fee: unopened for any reason, with you paying the return freight, or opened if it isn’t what you ordered, with us paying the return freight.

In our toy pallets, it’s priced the same as the Funko Pop pallet, $350 for 250-plus pieces, and $50 above the sports card pallet’s 250 sealed units.
