Small bathrooms are where a 24 in. vanity earns its keep, and this Water Creation Derby vanity is a single-sink unit at that width. It fits a guest bath, a powder room or a rental apartment where a wider cabinet would block the door.

Brand: Water Creation
Collection: Derby
Width: 24 in.
Configuration: single sink

The maker’s description doesn’t say whether a countertop, sink or faucet is included, or what finish the cabinet has, so please email us and we’ll check the box before you order.

It comes from retailer return and overstock loads, which means it can be new, open-box or a customer return, the carton can be beaten up, and it’s sold as-is. Cabinets like this most often pick up dented corners, scuffed doors or loose hinges in transit, and a returned one can be missing its hardware bag, so look those over on arrival. Send condition questions to [email protected].

The vanity is $299.00, or $313.99 delivered to any of the 50 states: single items ship for $12.99 per order plus $2 an item, and the total shows at checkout before you pay. You’re also welcome to collect it free from our Dalton, GA dock by appointment, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm Eastern, by choosing Buyer Arranged Freight / Local Pickup. See our other home and furniture singles too. At $299.00, it clears our $200 single-item minimum on its own.

Items can also be returned within 7 days of delivery or pickup for a 10 percent restocking fee: unopened for any reason, with you paying the return shipping, or opened if it isn’t what you ordered, with us paying the return shipping. The details are on our refund policy page.
