Shop vacs come to us in retailer return and overstock loads, so this one may be new, open-box or a customer return, the carton may be worn, and it’s sold as-is. Returned vacs often come back with a dirty or missing filter, or short a wand or nozzle, so check the accessories against the list and look the tank over for cracks. Email [email protected] and we’ll check the box.
