Condition-wise, this is liquidation stock from retailer returns and overstock. It could be new, open-box or returned, the packaging may be worn, and it’s sold as-is. Starter kits get opened a lot, and a returned box can come back a bulb short, so count the 4 bulbs and check the glass for cracks. Questions about this one go to [email protected] before you buy.

The price is $74.99. A cart with single items needs to reach $200 to check out, and everything in the store counts toward it, pallets included.
