Tapes like this turn up in retailer return and overstock loads, so it can be new, open-box or a return, maybe on a worn card, and it’s sold as-is. A returned tape is quick to test: pull the blade all the way out and check it retracts smoothly, isn’t kinked, and the hook doesn’t wobble. Any doubts, ask [email protected].
