Liquidation stock like this comes from retailer return and overstock loads. It can be new, open-box or a return, sold as-is, and the box can be dented. String lights that come back opened are often tangled, and a bulb or a spider can be loose, so plug them in and check every section lights when they arrive. Our team at [email protected] can test a set before you buy.
