Echo eFORCE 56V 16 in. Cordless String Trimmer

Here’s an Echo eFORCE 56V string trimmer, the 16 in. brushless cordless model, for edging and trimming without a gas can or an extension cord. It suits a homeowner with a long fence line or a small lawn crew adding a battery unit to the trailer.

• Brand: Echo
• Line: eFORCE 56V
• Cutting width: 16 in.
• Motor: brushless, cordless
• Battery: 2.5Ah, as named in the maker’s description

The maker’s description mentions a 2.5Ah battery, but it doesn’t say whether a charger comes with it, and the name doesn’t say kit or tool only. Email us to confirm what’s in the box before you buy.

As with the rest of our singles, this came from retailer return and overstock loads, so it can be new, open-box or a customer return with worn packaging, and it’s sold as-is. Returned trimmers are the ones that turn up without the battery, the charger or the debris guard, and the line spool can be half used, so ask us to check those. Send questions to [email protected].
