Rugs come to us in retailer return and overstock loads, so this one can be new, open-box or a return with worn wrapping, and it’s sold as-is. Returned rugs can have spots or pet hair, and a rug that’s been folded can hold creases for a while, so unroll it and look it over when it arrives. Email [email protected] if you’d like condition confirmed first.
