Luggage reaches us in retailer return and overstock loads, so it can be new, open-box or a customer return, the packaging can be worn, and it’s sold as-is. Returned suitcases can have scuffed shells, a sticky telescoping handle, a broken zipper pull or a cracked wheel, so check every wheel on both cases and that the handle locks at each height. Email [email protected] to ask about this pair or for more photos.
