All of our singles come from retailer return and overstock loads. Unless a listing says otherwise, this can be new, open-box or a customer return, and the carton can be beat up; it’s sold as-is. Shelving kits are the classic case for missing posts, feet, clips or connectors once they’ve been opened and returned, and wire shelves can arrive bent, so ask us to check the parts count. Reach us at [email protected] before you order.
