As with all our singles, it’s from retailer return and overstock loads, so it may be new, open-box or returned, packaging can be worn, and it’s sold as-is. On a returned multi-position ladder, check that every hinge lock snaps fully into place, the feet are all there and no rung or rail is bent. Don’t climb it until those checks pass.
