Our part is simple: we don’t open pallets or truckloads to pull out the better items, and what comes from the retailer is what goes on your truck. Good working condition, defined

These phones are in good working condition. Good working condition: used phones that power on and work; the nearest of our classes is customer returns, without the non-working units that class can hold. Expect the normal signs of use on frames and screens; “good working” says nothing about battery health or cosmetic grade.

Your end needs a dock, a forklift or a liftgate, because the driver can’t unload without one; liftgate delivery adds $65 and residential delivery with a liftgate adds $160. Standard freight, 3 to 7 business days, is $25 to $85 by zone; express, 1 to 2 business days, is $50 to $110. Alaska and Hawaii are quoted after the order. After you’ve paid

Everything is sold as-is. If 30 percent or more of the pallet arrives broken, crushed, cracked, wet or unusable, we refund the damaged share; freight isn’t refunded. Write any damage on the driver’s receipt before signing, then email pictures and the delivery receipt to [email protected] within 48 hours. Our refund policy explains the rest. Any lot can also be returned within 7 days of delivery or pickup for a 10 percent restocking fee: unopened for any reason, with you paying the return freight, or opened if it isn’t what you ordered, with us paying the return freight.
