We ship from Dalton, GA, at a flat freight rate by state shown at checkout before you pay; pickup is by appointment. We don’t open pallets or truckloads to pull out the better items; what comes from the retailer is what goes on your truck. This lot is sold unmanifested; there is no item-by-item list, and unmanifested lots cost less.

Delivery and pickup for a phone pallet

Standard freight takes 3 to 7 business days, $25 to $85 by zone; express takes 1 to 2 business days, $50 to $110. If you don’t have a dock or a forklift, order a liftgate ($65) or residential delivery with a liftgate ($160), because without one of the three the driver can’t unload. Paying and reporting problems

Everything is sold as-is, except that we refund the damaged share if 30 percent or more of the pallet arrives broken, crushed, cracked, wet or unusable; on a brand new pallet, phones that don’t work count as damaged. Report within 48 hours to [email protected] with pictures and the delivery receipt, having written any damage on the driver’s receipt before signing. Freight isn’t refunded (see our refund policy). Any lot can also be returned within 7 days of delivery or pickup for a 10 percent restocking fee: unopened for any reason, with you paying the return freight, or opened if it isn’t what you ordered, with us paying the return freight.
