Castellan Surface Latch in Brass

Storm and screen doors take a beating, and this Castellan surface latch set in polished brass is a replacement from Hampton’s Wright Products line, model VCA112PB. It’s a surface mount latch with matching interior and exterior levers, a built-in deadbolt, and a lever that reverses for left or right hand doors. The surface mount design is made to look like a mortise latch from the outside.

• Brand: Wright Products (Hampton)
• Model: VCA112PB
• Finish: polished brass
• Includes: surface mount latch, interior and exterior levers
• Features: reversible handing, built-in deadbolt

This is stock from retailer return and overstock loads, so it can be new, open-box or a customer return, sold as-is, often in a worn blister pack. Latch sets that were opened can come back short a lever, the strike or the screws, and polished brass marks easily, so check all of it. [email protected] will confirm the parts before you buy.
