Dishes come to us in retailer return and overstock loads, so this set can be new, open-box or a customer return, the box can be split, and it’s sold as-is. Stoneware can arrive with a chipped rim or a cracked mug handle, and opened sets can be short a piece, so count all 16 and check the edges. Email [email protected] and we’ll count them before it ships.
