$2,000 gets you a pallet of portable inverter generators, plus accessories and replacement parts, in mixed brands, models and capacities. It came in as overstock, customer returns and shelf pulls. We don’t have a unit count or brand names for it, and it’s sold unmanifested with no item list.

Besides overstock, returns and shelf pulls, some of it comes from packaging updates and excess warehouse stock. What’s named on it, what isn’t

Not named: a unit count, the brands, wattages, or how many units fall in each condition. It’s sold unmanifested; there is no item-by-item list, which is part of why it costs less. Gas engines are the thing to plan for: a returned generator can arrive with fuel or oil still in it, so drain and check each unit before you store it indoors or list it.

Condition classes on the generator lot

Brand new and overstock: never sold, still in its packaging. Shelf pulls: sat on a store shelf and came off unsold; packaging can be worn or carry clearance stickers. Customer returns: returned by shoppers; can be new in an opened box, used, missing parts or not working. Packaging updates and excess stock aren’t graded further. If you can’t test and repair a small engine, skip this pallet.

Standard freight takes 3 to 7 business days ($25 Southeast, $45 East and Midwest, $65 Central and Mountain, $85 West Coast and Southwest); express takes 1 to 2 ($50 to $110). You need a dock, a forklift or a liftgate: liftgate $65, residential with liftgate $160, limited-access sites $50. This lot is about 48 x 40 x 60 in and roughly 700 lbs on the pallet; confirm with [email protected] before you book your own carrier. Pickup is by appointment, weekdays 8 am to 5 pm Eastern, within 5 business days, bill of lading 24 hours ahead.

$2,000 buys the inverter generator pallet, not a stated number of units, so there’s no honest per-unit figure. Get the count from us first, then add freight, testing time, fresh oil and the units that won’t start.

How we sell generator pallets

It ships FOB Dalton, GA, or you collect by appointment. We don’t open pallets or truckloads to pull out the better items. What comes from the retailer is what goes on your truck. People ask if equipment pallet sales are legit; the checks are here: a stated price, freight shown before payment, warehouse pickup and a written damage rule.

Paid for: the ground rules

It’s sold as-is unless 30 percent or more of the pallet shows up broken, crushed, cracked, wet or unusable; then we refund the damaged share, freight excluded. Because this is an unmanifested mixed pallet, generators that won’t run don’t count as damage. Mark it on the driver’s receipt before signing and email pictures with the receipt to [email protected] within 48 hours; see our FAQ. Any lot can also be returned within 7 days of delivery or pickup for a 10 percent restocking fee: unopened for any reason, with you paying the return freight, or opened if it isn’t what you ordered, with us paying the return freight.
