Here’s a full trailer of tools, hardware, lawn and garden and seasonal stock, 20 to 24 pallets about 5 ft tall, out of the Home Depot supply chain. $15,950 for the truck, or $664.58 to $797.50 a pallet before freight. It’s customer returns, overstock and shelf pulls with no item list.
It’s a Home Depot tool truckload sold whole, and we aren’t affiliated with Home Depot.
A 20 to 24-pallet tool truck
Three classes, one trailer
Customer returns: returned by shoppers; can be new in an opened box, used, missing parts or not working. Brand new and overstock: never sold, still in its packaging. Shelf pulls: sat on a store shelf and came off unsold; packaging can be worn or carry clearance stickers. Shares aren’t stated. It’s written for bin stores, swap meets and pallet flippers with room to sort 20-plus pallets. If you can’t take a full truck at a dock or with a forklift, this isn’t your load.
Tools, fasteners, garden, seasonal
Tools: power and hand tools, batteries, chargers, bits, blades, sockets, saws, grinders and sanders. Hardware: fasteners, hinges, locks, hooks, chain and rope. Seasonal and garden: patio, hoses, planters, pest control, holiday items and garden tools. Batteries and chargers are listed, but returned tools can arrive without them and lithium packs can come in flat. It’s sold unmanifested, with no item-by-item list, and the split by pallet isn’t stated.

Own carriers send the bill of lading 24 hours before a weekday pickup (8 am to 5 pm Eastern, by appointment, within 5 business days).
Cost per pallet
$15,950 over 24 pallets is $664.58 a pallet; over 20 it’s $797.50, or $706.25 to $847.50 landed with $1,000 Southeast freight. None of that covers sorting labor, disposal of unusable returns or tools that won’t run. On how to buy Home Depot return pallets: through liquidation sellers, and a buy-now truck like this is one way in.
Leaving our yard
The Home Depot tool truckload ships FOB Dalton, GA, or your carrier collects by appointment. We don’t open pallets or truckloads to pull out the better items. What comes from the retailer is what goes on your truck.
Once the truck is paid
Everything is sold as-is, except that if 30 percent or more of any pallet on the truck arrives broken, crushed, cracked, wet or unusable, we refund the damaged share, not the freight. This truck is unmanifested and mixed, so tools that don’t work don’t count as damage. Note damage on the driver’s receipt and email pictures and the receipt to [email protected] within 48 hours; the refund policy has the rest. Any lot can also be returned within 7 days of delivery or pickup for a 10 percent restocking fee: unopened for any reason, with you paying the return freight, or opened if it isn’t what you ordered, with us paying the return freight.
It’s $2,000 more than the Outdoor Power Equipment Truckload and $7,750 more than the Turbo Truckload; all three are with our Home Depot liquidation pallets.
