Other power equipment Home Depot sells turns up alongside those. It’s full truckload only, so these aren’t lawn mower pallets you buy one at a time.

The trailer goes out at $1,000 Southeast, $2,500 East and Midwest, $3,500 Central and Mountain or $5,500 West Coast and Southwest; Alaska and Hawaii get a quote after the order. You’ll need a dock or a forklift, since a truckload can’t come off on a liftgate. Each pallet is about 48 x 40 in and 6 ft tall, roughly 700 lbs a pallet, about 14,000 to 16,800 lbs for the load; confirm with [email protected] before booking your own truck. Pickup windows are weekdays, 8 am to 5 pm Eastern, by appointment, within 5 business days, bill of lading a day ahead.

Mowers, washers, generators, compressors

Those four are the only categories the listing names, plus other power equipment, with no brands, no split and no unit count. Gas engines are the practical issue: returned mowers, washers and generators can arrive with fuel or oil in them, so drain before storage. The listing doesn’t mention batteries or chargers for any cordless units.

Landed cost per pallet

$13,950 over 24 pallets is $581.25; over 20 it’s $697.50. Southeast truck freight at $1,000 makes it $622.92 to $747.50 a pallet landed. As for how much a pallet costs at Home Depot, the ones in its aisle are empty; a loaded one off this truck is the figure above. Repairs, parts and dead units aren’t in these numbers.

Returns beside overstock

Customer returns: returned by shoppers; can be new in an opened box, used, missing parts or not working. Brand new and overstock: never sold, still in its packaging. Shelf pulls: sat on a store shelf and came off unsold; packaging can be worn or carry clearance stickers. The share of each isn’t stated. A truck of lawn mower pallets and other engines suits bin stores, flea market sellers and pallet flippers with a repair bench. If you can’t work on small engines or need a list first, skip it.

Who’s selling the OPE truck

The trailer ships FOB Dalton, GA, or your carrier collects by appointment. We don’t open pallets or truckloads to pull out the better items. What comes from the retailer is what goes on your truck. We aren’t affiliated with Home Depot.

After the $13,950 payment

It’s sold as-is unless 30 percent or more of any pallet on the truck shows up broken, crushed, cracked, wet or unusable; then we refund the damaged share, freight excluded. The truck is unmanifested and mixed, so units that won’t run don’t count as damage. Mark it on the driver’s receipt before signing and email pictures with the receipt to [email protected] within 48 hours; see our refund policy. Any lot can also be returned within 7 days of delivery or pickup for a 10 percent restocking fee: unopened for any reason, with you paying the return freight, or opened if it isn’t what you ordered, with us paying the return freight.
