The maker’s own name for it is the Drencher, so you may see that on the box. It’s liquidation stock from retailer return and overstock loads: new, open-box or a customer return are all possible, the box may be worn, and it’s sold as-is. Shower heads that were installed and sent back can be missing the small rubber washer in the connector or show mineral residue in the nozzles, so check both before fitting it. Email [email protected] if you’d like the condition confirmed first.
