Coming out of retailer return and overstock loads, a kit like this can be new, open-box or a customer return, often in a worn box, and it’s sold as-is. Kits are where parts go walking: confirm the battery, charger and floor extension are all there, and on a returned vacuum check the filter, which can come back dusty. Write to [email protected] if you want us to open it and list the contents first.
