Every single in this department comes off retailer return and overstock loads. That means new, open-box or customer return, packaging that can be worn, and an as-is sale. Cut-out tools are often returned with the bit or the bit wrench missing, or with drywall dust packed in the vents, so check for both. Questions go to [email protected].
