For a bedroom or home office up to 350 sq. ft., here’s a Danby window air conditioner rated at 8,000 BTU, model DAC080B8IWDB-6. It’s a sensible size for one room that gets the afternoon sun.

Brand: Danby
Model: DAC080B8IWDB-6
Cooling: 8,000 BTU
Coverage: up to 350 sq. ft.

We buy retailer return and overstock loads, and this came out of one. Unless stated, it may be new, open-box or a customer return, the carton may be rough, and it’s sold as-is. Window units most often come back missing the side panels and mounting hardware, and the cooling fins on the back bend easily, so check those with us. Email [email protected] before you buy and we’ll take a look.

It’s $179.99. Single items sell with a $200 minimum order, so this goes in alongside other singles or a pallet. Shipping is $12.99 per order plus $2 an item to any of the 50 states, shown before you pay, or choose “Buyer Arranged Freight / Local Pickup” and collect it free from our Dalton, GA dock by appointment, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm Eastern. For the rest of the order, browse more single appliances.

Items can also be returned within 7 days of delivery or pickup for a 10 percent restocking fee: unopened for any reason, with you paying the return shipping, or opened if it isn’t what you ordered, with us paying the return shipping. Our FAQ has the rest of the details.
