The listing doesn’t say what’s in the box, such as the pump and heater unit, a cover or filters. Email us and we’ll check the carton before you buy.

It came off a retailer return and overstock load, so it can be new, open-box or a customer return, the carton can be worn, and it’s sold as-is. With returned inflatable spas, the parts to check are the pump unit, the cover and any hoses, and the liner should be looked over for punctures before you fill it. Ask [email protected] about condition first.
